Limited Warranty Program

 

Omni Optical Products, Inc. offers a two-year Limited Warranty on products manufactured by Omni Optical Products, Inc. This Limited Warranty can be applied up to two years from the date of the original purchase. It covers any defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover failure due to normal usage or abuse. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by repairs done by persons other than Omni Optical Products, Inc. or an authorized service center.

 

To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, contact Omni Optical Products, Inc. for a Return Material Authorization Number and form prior to returning the product. No warranties will be applied to product returned without prior authorization from Omni.

 

This Limited Warranty does not apply to instruments or accessories not manufactured by Omni. The warranty for these products will be governed by the original equipment manufacturer. Please contact Omni for warranty details on those instruments and accessories which do not qualify for Omni’s Limited Two Year Warranty.

 

30 Day Money Back Refund or Replacement

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Omni within 30 days from the date of purchase for full refund or replacement. To qualify for the 30 day refund, or replacement, your return must be accompanied by an RMA issued by Omni. This refund or replacement is only for products returned in new condition.

 

Any product returned after 30 days will also require an RMA issued by Omni. After 30 days, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. The credit and restocking charge only applies to products returned in new condition.
