Payment is due at order placement unless other arrangements are made in advance. Credit terms of net 30 days are possible with the a completed and verified credit application and has been approved by Omni. Invoices are due for payment in a net basis in thirty (30) days from date of shipment. Subject to the service charges indicated below. Discount terms are not available. All major credit cards accepted.
All prism products have limited warranty of 2 years against manufacturers defects. Other accessory products and instruments have a limited warranty of 1 year against manufacturers defects. Omni has the sole discretion in determining if a defect exists in the returned item. Should a defect exist Omni reserves the right to repair or replace the item. No refund will be given.
A late fee may be applied to accounts not paid within 30 days. LATE CHARGE is compiled by a “periodic rate” of 1.50% per month which is an ANNUAL RATE of 18%.
Returned merchandise will be accepted for credit only if the customer requests Omni to return the product within 14 days from date the product was received by the customer. All returned products must be received in NEW condition and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking charge will be made on all returns with the following exceptions:
- Merchandise shipped in error by Omni
- Merchandise defective upon receipt from Omni.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION
Please call Omni for an RGA (return goods authorization) number before returning the product(s). Used or discontinued merchandise will not be accepted for credit. Address all correspondence concerning returns, placing orders, confirming, delivery requests, inventory inquiries, etc., to:

There is no handling fee to drop ship orders.
There is no charge for custom labeling your company or customers logo on some prisms, poles, bipods, tripods, and leveling rods. A minimum of 12 units is required for free labeling.
